Procedures and Guidance

Broadcasting Services are those telecommunications services which transmissions are addressed to free and direct reception in the general public. These Services comprise the radio broadcasting service by TV, including those using digital technology. It requires prior authorization, granted by Vice-Ministerial Resolution for a 10-year validity term, starting with a 12-month test period. The authorization may be granted upon request or by invitation to tender.
